Judith Moncrieff 4543 S.W. Water Avenue Portland, Oregon 97201 503-294-9947 jmoncrf@aol.com Judith was born in San Francisco, grew up in Seattle and now resides in Portland, Oregon where she is a professor of art and design at the Pacific Northwest College of Art. Judith teaches digital imaging, digital design, typography and calligraphy. Judith is also a fine artist using digital tools as part of her creative outlet. She is a founding member of Unique Editionsª. In addition to her creative and teaching responsibilities, Judith organizes worldwide workshops for the public and artists to experiment with new technologies - the latest being at the National Museum of American Art/Smithsonian and the A.I.R. gallery in New York City. In the summer of 1998 Judith will be found in the Guerrilla Gallery at the Siggraph Conference in Orlando, Florida. Judith Moncrieffs work is used commercially and she has fine art showing in the United Kingdom, Russia, Latin America as well as in galleries around the United States. Her work has been accessed by the National Museum of American Art, the printmaking department of the Portland Art Museum and the permanent Lloyd Reynolds Collection of the Portland Art Museum.
